Yes, most Courts in New Jersey are open. However, most cases are being held via video or phone. Due to the crisis, we believe the Courts will be receptive to requests for adjournments made in good faith.

Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
